About the assignment
We are looking for a recruitment partner for an authority in Stockholm. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting immediately and running until 2026-03-31, with a great possibility of extension. The position is full-time (100%) and you will work during office hours at the client's office in Stockholm.

Your tasks
As a recruitment partner, it is important that you have a high level of digital maturity and that you can easily navigate commonly used systems such as Outlook, Word, OneNote, etc. You should have a good ability to plan, administer, and structure your work. It is important that you can communicate consultatively and professionally.
Furthermore, you will:
Support the unit with recruitments
Work together with the employees in the unit on tasks throughout the entire recruitment process
Your qualifications
HR education or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
Current experience in independently managing recruitment processes (from requirement profile to employment documentation) in an internal consulting role, preferably from a large organization
Experience in handling and coordinating volume recruitments where more than 10 candidates are to be hired
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Experience working in a standardized and evidence-based recruitment process, e.g., ISO certification
You take responsibility for your work performance and your contribution to the whole
You adapt to change and unforeseen events
You take the initiative for development and contribute to improvement
Meritorious
Experience interpreting and administering psychological selection tests
Experience recruiting in the public sector
Experience working in the recruitment system Varbi
Certification in one or more testing tools related to recruitment and selection
Experience from an authority
